How much life from a laptop with car charger connected to a battery pack?

How much life from a laptop with car charger connected to a battery pack made from Twelve 1.2 volt 10,000mah D cell batteries?

Laptop consumes 18.5 volts at 3.5 amps.

According to me Car charger is not good for charging laptop because it cant provide the original voltage to the laptop so its not good for it.
