What's the difference between the Canon 60mm macro and the Canon 100m macro? (Besides the obvious size)?

I'm looking for a macro lens for photographing very small objects (beads) for my Canon XTi. I was wondering which would be better for this, and if someone could compare the two lenses for me... I've compared them on amazon but I really don't know which
The biggest difference is "working distance." With the 100mm Canon, you can have the object further away from the front of your lens, which makes it easier to light and, for things like bugs, less likely to scare them away.
